So this is it, my very first blog post.
How many times have I thought about creating a blog in the past but never followed through?
Well, this time I did and I’m so proud of myself.

So, why now? What changed?

One thing is my mindset. Over time, I’ve been growing and slowly gaining more confidence. But most of all, I found someone who fully supports and encourages me.
When I told Joey about my lifelong idea of starting a blog, he was immediately enthusiastic. He asked, “What would you like to write about?” I had a few ideas in mind, but the one that lighted me up the most was writing about our story.

So I told him, “I’d like to write about us, our journey.”
“If you’re in, then I’m in too,” he said.
And that’s all I needed to hear.

In the days that followed, I started researching how to build a blog. I bought a domain and hosting, and slowly began creating the website.
The site you’re on right now is the result. And honestly? I think it turned out pretty well.

Now, as I’m writing this first post, it feels like a step in the right direction, the exact new beginning I needed.
I have no idea where it will take me, but I’m so open to see where it leads.
